Molly, LVT
Molly is a Licensed Veterinary Technician who has been with PVESC since September 2019. Molly originally pursued a passion for marine animals. She graduated from the University of New England with a bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology. While at UNE, she worked in the rehab center with seals and sea turtles. Molly then completed a summer internship in Alaska working with sea lions, seals, and walrus.
After graduation, Molly worked in the veterinary field at home in Massachusetts while completing the Veterinary Technology program. She did so at North Shore Community College in Danvers, MA. After graduation and passing the VTNE Molly’s journey brought her back to Maine to begin her career as an LVT at PVESC. Molly’s professional interests include internal medicine, behavior, and training. She has completed Fear Free training and enjoys forming positive relationships with her canine and feline patients. Outside of work Molly spends her time exploring the beaches and trails of Southern Maine with her young Lab mix, visiting home on the North Shore of Massachusetts, and spending time with her boyfriend and Maine family in the Midcoast and Western mountains of Maine.
