Sometimes it’s hard to determine whether your pet is experiencing a dire situation. Medical emergencies can range from a lack of appetite to a dramatic collapse. Please don’t hesitate to call if you are worried about your pet. We will help you assess whether it is a true emergency, and then guide you on next steps. Common medical emergencies at our practice include:
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Straining or inability to urinate
- Lethargy
- Not eating
- Collapse
- Difficulty breathing
- Allergic reactions
- Seizures
